Plan Activation and Renewal

Your plan will normally commence upon receipt of your first payment.
The annual plan period will begin on the 1st of the following month.

Cancellation Policy

14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
You may cancel within 14 days of joining and receive a full refund, provided no services have been used.
Cancellation After 14 Days:
If you cancel after the 14-day period, any services utilised will be charged at our standard rates.
Notice Period:
A 30-day written notice is required for cancellation.
Mid-Year Cancellation:
Should you cancel midway through the year, the full charges for services used will apply.
